Shiksha Samman
Shiksha Samman is targeted to the kids of contractors. For encouraging students, FCC felicitates two students from the twelfth and tenth grade each, appreciating their excellent academic performances.
FCC Recognition
Under FCC recognition, FCC awards its club members and promotes healthy competition among them, motivating everyone.
FCC Mela & CRM
FCC organizes a fair to create a buzz in the market and strengthen the relationship with the end users. The fair has stalls for product trials, furniture books, loyalty program, eye check-up, blood pressure check-up, and diabetes check-up, among others.
Family Activities
FCC hosts various activities for the families of the contractors including rangoli and mehendi competitions for ladies and drawing competition for children.
ITI
Pidilite Industries collaborated with the Department of Employment and Training (DET), Government of Gujarat to promote carpentry, plumbing and construction courses. The company targets to join hands with 200 Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) of Gujarat between 2015 and 2018. Pidilite supports students’ placement and also offers training facilities to the teachers.
Contractor Training Program
FCC offers technical skillset and smart work training to the contractors. The training is divided into three levels offering basic to advance training.
