Loyalty Program

Fevicol runs its own loyalty program called the Fevicol Champions’ Club Reward (FCCR). The program was launched by Pidilite Industries in June 2012.

  • Gifts

    Fevicol gives out functional gifts like machines and other equipment, or personal gifts like TV sets, watches, movie vouchers, clothes, and mobile phones in exchange of the points. To retain the essence of physical touch, the gifts are delivered via company representative and a confirmation is taken through outbound calls.

  • Redemption

    FCC members can redeem their accumulated points for gifts of their choice by simply calling the FCC call-center or visiting any redemption center nearby.

  • Point collection

    The point collection is very simple. All the relevant packs of brand Fevicol carry unique barcode with loyalty points. The FCC member can collect these points and bank them in their FCCR account by options like scanning them on loyalty app, SMS banking, Whatsapp banking , call-center banking or visiting any redemption center.

  • Enrollment

    The loyalty program is available to all the FCC members. The enrolment is done by filling up the form and sharing the same with the company officer managing the business in the geography or any redemption center in the town.
